I respond to this pic profoundly! As a submissive female I relate to it. When my panties are being pulled down to this stage I always say to myself, "Okay, now my punishment is getting serious, girl, now it's going to be on the bare, brace yourself..." But as my knickers are pulled down, and as the gusset leaves my crotch, the wetness there (and I'm always wet by then)is exposed to the air and a shiver runs through me, often causing goose bumps on my skin. My lover/top always takes it as a challenge to heat my skin sufficiently to banish those goose pimples. LOVE it because this pic captures that calm before the storm.
